Place the wooden stick end into an incense holder, or if you dont have one, try sticking it into a candle. Burn the other end by lighting it with a lighter for a few seconds until you create a flame. Blow the flame out so just the end ember stays lit. The stick will burn down and drop ash for about an hour, and fill your room with a strong, relaxing aroma. Please be careful to blow out the flame.
